The Leadership Team are a group of passionate people, with a combined wealth of knowledge and many years experience across numerous sectors. They work closely with the Board of Directors and all staff to ensure the best service is provided throughout all branches of Coast Community Connections.
Bruce is the General Manager of Business and ICT at Coast Community Connections.
Emma is the General Manager of Families and Community and has worked with us since 2008. Emma provides oversight of the eight Early and Middle Childhood programs, Peninsula Community Centre, Evolution Youth Service and Gambling Solutions Central Coast counselling service. Emma has more than a decade of experience in the Children’s Services industry and 9 years in Business Management. Emma is also qualified in adult education and has a passion for employee training and development.
Melanie Watson is the General Manager of Finance and has been in this role since 2016 after joining the company as an Accountant in August 2015. Melanie is a degree qualified accountant with 25 years of experience in a range of large and small organisations within Financial Services, Insurance and Manufacturing. Melanie moved to Australia from Scotland in 2010 and loves living on the Coast and especially loves working for a company which provides amazing service and support to the community.
