The Leadership Team are a group of passionate people, with a combined wealth of knowledge and many years experience across numerous sectors. They work closely with the Board of Directors and all staff to ensure the best service is provided throughout all branches of Coast Community Connections.
Bruce Davis is the General Manager of Business & ICT as well as Company Secretary and Public Officer overseeing Coast Community Connections’ Finance Department. Having worked with Coast Community Connections since 2015, Bruce is responsible for overseeing corporate change management and due diligence within the organisation, with expertise in compliance, governance and risk management. Bruce has over three decades of experience working across all levels of business, government and community, managing and delivering successful projects.
Emma is the General Manager of Families and Community and Acting General Manager for Ageing and Disability Services. Emma has worked with us since 2008 and provides oversight of the eight Early and Middle Childhood programs, Peninsula Community Centre, Evolution Youth Service and Gambling Solutions Central Coast counselling service. Emma has more than a decade of experience in the Children’s Services industry and 9 years in Business Management. Emma is also qualified in adult education and has a passion for employee training and development.
