The Leadership Team are a group of passionate people, with a combined wealth of knowledge and many years experience across numerous sectors. They work closely with the Board of Directors and all staff to ensure the best service is provided throughout all branches of Coast Community Connections.
Bruce Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of Coast Community Connections and brings a wealth of knowledge, as well as invaluable organisation-specific experience to the role. He has over 30 years’ experience working across all levels of business, government and community, including almost four years in executive positions at Coast Community Connections. Bruce joined the organisation in 2015 and has held several key leadership roles including General Manager of Business and ICT, Company Secretary and Public Officer overseeing Coast Community Connections’ finance department. During this time, he successfully led the organisation through several major reforms including the addition of subsidiary company Coast Services Group Limited. Prior to his time at Coast Community Connections, Bruce accrued over 20 years’ experience in the technology, services and retail sectors, founding and developing many innovative companies and working with corporate, government and end-user clients.
Brendan McMahon is the Operations Manager of Coast Community Connections and has 12 years' Senior Management experience in the not for profit sector. Brendan has experience leading a large team of allied health professionals and staff in the provision of exceptional service delivery, driving efficient and effective projects in the area of home care support to clients. Brendan has exceptional leadership skills driving and managing workforce resources including recruitment, performance management and staff development. Brendan has attained a Master in Business Administration conferred with distinction, which is supported with a Bachelor in Applied Science.
