Sandra's Cupcake Challenge - Biggest Morning Tea

Sandra's Cupcake Challenge is being held as part of Coast Community Connections' Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea event in support of the Cancer Council. The event is being held on Thursday 24 May 2018. The event will help raise funds for cancer prevention, research and support services.

Sandra’s Cupcake Challenge is named in honour of our greatly missed volunteer, Sandra McArtney who lost her battle with cancer in October 2014. This year the competition is open to all ages and levels.

Categories include packet mix and handmade, with lots of great prizes to be won.

The Entry fee (payable on the day) is $1 per category and $5 per person for entry into the morning tea.

Adult - Cupcake Category

  • Packet Mix Cupcake - iced and decorated; and/or
  • Handmade Cupcake - iced & decorated

High School Student's Cupcake Category 

  • Packet Mix Cupcake - iced and decorated; and/or
  • Handmade Cupcake - iced & decorated

Primary School Student's Cupcake Category 

  • Packet Mix Cupcake - iced and decorated; and/or
  • Handmade Cupcake - iced & decorated
Rules of the challenge:
 
  1. Paper cases to be removed before submitting

  2. Medium size cupcake tin to be used approx 6cm wide x 2.5-3cm deep

  3. 6 cupcakes for each category/entry, required for display and judging purposes.

  4. Cupcakes to be delivered between 8am – 9.30am on Thursday 24 May to the Peninsula Community Centre, 93 McMasters Rd Woy Woy 2256. 

  5. Judging time 10.00am, winners announced at 11.15am.

  6. Completed registrations forms can be emailed to louise.manson@coastcommunityconnections.com.au, posted to PO BOX 512 Woy Woy or handed in on the day prior to 9.30am.

  7. Entries will be auctioned off at the event unless otherwise instructed.
